Santosh Kumar Shaini is the visionary founder of The Music And Dance School, operated under Right Moves and Notes Pvt. Ltd. He has dedicated his life to building a professional institution where students can receive structured, high-quality training in both music and dance.
Apart from being the founder, Santosh brings more than 15 years of teaching experience in the academic field. Before establishing the academy, he worked as a subject teacher, where he gained valuable classroom experience, understood student behavior, and learned how proper systems, discipline, and structured guidance shape a student’s overall growth.
This strong teaching foundation helped him design the academy’s training model, student-management system, and overall learning environment in a more professional and student-centric way.
From a young age, Santosh developed a deep passion for performing arts and spent years studying, practicing, and refining his skills. His leadership is rooted in the belief that every student has unique potential, and with the right guidance, anyone can excel in the world of music and dance.

Beyond The Music And Dance School, Santosh has also built a growing brand ecosystem under Right Moves And Notes Pvt. Ltd. Starting his journey from a small room, he expanded his work into three more successful ventures — REDTYGR (a premium clothing brand), Guitar Gully (a professional online and offline guitar-selling platform), and Arvix Records (a music production label). With more than 1000+ active students already learning at The Music And Dance School, his ultimate mission is to build 1000+ branches across India that not only educate but also empower people to live healthier, more confident, and more creative lives.
Co-Founder – ARCHANA MISHRA
Archana Mishra is the co-founder of The Music And Dance School and a highly skilled Music Teacher who plays a key role in shaping the academy’s musical foundation.
With strong experience in vocal training, classical basics, pitch control, rhythm development, and performance enhancement, she ensures that every student learns with clarity, confidence, and personal attention.
As a founder, Archana contributes to daily management, curriculum development, and maintaining the academy’s teaching standards. Her calm, supportive teaching style helps students grow naturally and enjoy the learning process.
